At Blessed Trips Pvt. Ltd., we value your trust and aim to provide a seamless travel experience from booking to return. However, we understand that sometimes, plans change unexpectedly. To ensure transparency and fairness, this Refund Policy outlines our process, terms, and conditions for cancellations and refunds.
By using our website www.blessedtrips.com and booking any of our services, you agree to the terms described below. This policy applies to all domestic and international tours, hotel reservations, flight bookings, and travel packages offered by Blessed Trips.
1. General Refund Guidelines
Refunds are processed only for bookings made directly through our website, mobile application, or authorized representatives of Blessed Trips.
Requests for cancellation and refund must be submitted in writing via email to support@blessedtrips.com with your booking ID, travel dates, and the reason for cancellation.
Refunds are not applicable for partially utilized services, missed tours, or “no-show” situations.
All refunds are subject to the cancellation timelines, service provider policies, and applicable deductions (administrative and third-party charges).
Blessed Trips reserves the right to refuse or delay refunds if the reason provided is not valid or does not comply with our terms.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refund eligibility depends on the type of booking and the timeline of the cancellation:
a. Tour Packages (Domestic and International)
More than 30 days before departure – 80% of the total amount refundable.
15–30 days before departure – 50% of the total amount refundable.
7–14 days before departure – 25% of the total amount refundable.
Less than 7 days before departure – No refund.
Please note that certain tours (like group departures, adventure trips, or discounted packages) may have non-refundable conditions, clearly mentioned during booking.
b. Hotel Bookings
Refunds depend entirely on the individual hotel’s policy.
Most hotels offer free cancellation if canceled 7 days or more before check-in.
For cancellations within 7 days or “no-shows,” the first night or full stay may be charged, depending on the property.
Non-refundable room categories are excluded from refund eligibility.
c. Flight Bookings
Flight ticket refunds are processed as per the airline’s fare rules.
Low-cost carriers (LCCs) usually do not allow refunds after ticket confirmation.
Refunds for refundable fares may take 10–20 working days depending on the airline.
Service fees charged by Blessed Trips are non-refundable.
d. Activities and Sightseeing Tours
Activity tickets once booked are often non-refundable.
If cancellation is possible, applicable vendor deductions will be applied.
In case of weather disruptions or operational cancellations by the activity provider, customers may be offered an alternate date or a partial refund.
3. Refund for Force Majeure Events
In the event of unavoidable circumstances such as natural disasters, political unrest, epidemics, flight cancellations, government restrictions, or any situation beyond human control, Blessed Trips will make every effort to offer the best possible alternative solutions.
However, full refunds may not always be possible due to third-party involvement. In such cases, refunds will depend on vendor and supplier policies.
4. Non-Refundable Services
The following services are strictly non-refundable once booked:
Visa application fees and related documentation charges
Travel insurance premiums
Non-refundable flight and hotel categories
Custom or special holiday packages marked as “Non-Refundable”
Any service booked during peak travel seasons (Christmas, New Year, Diwali, etc.)
Refunds are not provided for services missed due to personal reasons, delayed arrivals, or incomplete travel.
5. Refund Process and Timeline
Once a valid refund request is received, the following process is followed:
Acknowledgment: You will receive an acknowledgment email confirming receipt of your cancellation request.
Verification: Our team will verify booking details, vendor terms, and applicable charges.
Calculation: The refundable amount will be calculated after deducting administrative fees and third-party cancellation charges.
Processing: The approved refund amount will be transferred to your original payment source (bank, credit/debit card, or UPI).
Refund Processing Time:
Blessed Trips aims to process all eligible refunds within 10–15 working days from the cancellation confirmation date.
For bookings involving multiple service providers (airlines, hotels, tour operators), processing time may extend up to 30 working days.
Refunds via credit card may take additional time as per the issuing bank’s policy.
6. Refund Mode
All refunds are made through the same payment method used during the booking:
Online payments (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking): Refunded to the same account.
Offline payments (Bank Transfer, Cash, or Cheque): Refunded via bank transfer after account verification.
Blessed Trips does not issue refunds in cash or to third-party accounts.
7. Booking Modifications and Partial Refunds
Modifying travel dates or destinations may attract change fees depending on supplier policies.
Partial cancellations (e.g., removing one traveler from a group) will be treated as per individual booking terms.
Refunds for partially used packages (like skipping hotel nights or tours) will not be entertained once the trip has started.
8. No-Show and Delayed Arrival Policy
A “No-Show” occurs when a customer fails to arrive at the departure point or hotel without prior notice.
No refunds will be issued in such cases.
If you are running late or facing an emergency, please inform our support team immediately. Blessed Trips will attempt to reschedule where possible, subject to supplier approval.
9. Refund for Canceled or Modified Services by Blessed Trips
If Blessed Trips cancels a trip due to low participation, logistical issues, or force majeure situations:
You will receive a full refund of the amount paid.
Alternatively, you may choose to reschedule or receive travel credit for future use.
Blessed Trips shall not be liable for compensation beyond the total amount paid.
If a service or activity within your package is canceled by a third-party vendor (such as a hotel or tour operator), the refund will depend on that vendor’s policy.
10. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes related to refunds or cancellations must be communicated in writing to support@blessedtrips.com. Our team will review and respond within 7 working days.
If a resolution cannot be reached amicably, disputes will be governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Delhi, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
11. Important Notes
Blessed Trips acts as an intermediary between travelers and third-party suppliers. Therefore, refund processing depends on their policies.
The company’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service booked through Blessed Trips.
Refunds may be denied if bookings were made using promotional codes, offers, or discounted rates.
Taxes, processing fees, and bank charges are non-refundable.
